Tip: You can also search for items using "wildcard" symbols. A wildcard is a symbol that represents a group of unknown search criteria. If you do not know the exact term you want to search for, you may be able to enter part of a word followed by a wildcard symbol. The wildcard symbols are: a question mark (?) representing one unknown letter, an asterisk (*) representing one or more unknown letters. Example 1: "SPV399?" will give you 10 records, including "S/PV/3990" to "S/PV/3999", while "SPV3*" will give you all the meeting records starting with "S/PV/3..." Example 2: if you wanted to search for all the speakers whose last name begins with the prefix "steven", you would enter "steven*" as the search criteria. Information Portal would return results from authors named "Stevens", "Stevenson", "Stevensen", etc. |
If you want to use a pre-defined limit, choose a limiting option from the Limits drop-down list. (You can choose multiple limits by holding down CTRL and clicking each limit that you want to use.)
You can define your own limit on speech date (action date). Choose a Year of Speech and operator, then enter the 4-digit year under User Defined Limits.
Choose the sorting option that you want from the Sorting drop-down list.
Click Go.
